APPLIANCES
- Frigidaire Pro Series. Allowance given for cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and vent hood insert.
Cabinets
- We include knotty alder stained or paint grade cabinets with soft close hardware.
- Door and drawer hardware included on all cabinets.
Stone Countertops
- All countertops shall be a 3cm granite or quartz.
- Island has a 6cm banded edge included.
Electrical
- Curated lighting package by industry professionals.
Fireplace
- 42″ ventless or 5′ linear electric fireplace included.
Exterior Finish

- Patio door shall be a full-view smooth fiberglass door with in-glass blinds.
Insulation
- Upgraded spray-foam insulation is included in all living areas that border the exterior, including the garage interior walls.
- Attic insulation shall be R-38 blown-in blanket with thermal barrier decking on the roof.
Heating & Cooling System
- 96% efficient furnace with a 14.3 SEER air conditioner.
Warranty
- One year builder warranty with access to client portal.
